SaveFold is a web application for saving, categorising, searching and managing useful links and shared content from websites, YouTube, X/Twitter, Instagram and other sources. It is my main full-stack product project: a released and usable application that is live and continues to be actively developed with new features, improvements and new releases.
GitHub Actions for Windows: self-hosted runner and CI from one desktop app.
RunnerManager is a Windows desktop application for local GitHub Actions self-hosted runners. It starts and stops the runner, shows CI status across multiple repositories and exports reports as TXT or CSV. Sign-in is delegated entirely to the GitHub CLI.
Free & Open Source — PDF extraction • OCR • Multi-format conversion
PDFStruct is a free, open-source tool that converts documents on your own computer: PDF, DOCX, text and images are read once, with OCR when needed, and exported as JSON, HTML, TXT, Markdown, CSV, XLSX, DOCX, JSONL, SQLite or PDF. It runs as a desktop window, on the command line, or with Claude through a local MCP server that returns short results instead of the whole document. The current release is on GitHub.
Local, LLM-free web research: evidence with sources instead of raw web pages.
ResearchStruct is a Python command-line tool and a local MCP server. Given a question, it searches the web, fetches pages and text PDFs, removes duplicates, ranks the passages and writes the best ones to a folder as JSON and Markdown. Claude then receives selected evidence instead of whole pages.

VisualStruct is a local visual compiler. A short spec in YAML or JSON says what the visual means; VisualStruct does the layout, icons, styling and export and writes SVG, PNG and HTML, plus PDF, PPTX and DOCX on request. One MCP tool makes it available to Claude.
Learn to read German: stories by level, tap a word, listen.
LeseDeutsch is a learning app for German as a foreign language. Short stories are sorted by level from A1 to C2 and shown sentence by sentence with a translation; tapping a word shows its meaning and forms, and every sentence can be read aloud. It also includes a core vocabulary by level and exercises in the format of the telc and Goethe exams. The project is in development; a public test version runs at staging.lesedeutsch.de.
Cycle, tests, medication and notes in one calm calendar.
Lumera is a mobile-first PWA for keeping track of the menstrual cycle, ovulation and pregnancy tests, medication, notes and reminders in one calendar. Predictions are always shown as predictions and as a range, kept apart from real entries. The app does not diagnose and is not a method of contraception. The project is in development; a test version runs at staging.gevher.site.
A private panel for managing the launch and content of several of my own projects in one place.
Launch Studio is a private web application I use to organise my own projects such as SaveFold, LeseDeutsch and Lumera from one panel: notes, ideas, tasks, a media catalogue, campaigns, content drafts and a calendar, with each project in its own isolated workspace. It is not a public product but a tool behind a login. The project is in development and currently runs locally; it has not been released yet.
Deterministic analysis of authority changes for AI agents defined in repositories.
AuthorityLab is a security research and product development project. It is designed to analyse which authority an AI agent configured inside a repository holds, how that authority shifts when the configuration changes, and whether a change should be allowed, modified or blocked. The project is in its validation phase.
Corporate website for a service company with several business areas.
Client website for PV Solar GmbH, a Duisburg-based company offering photovoltaic and electrical installations, industrial hall construction and assembly, logistics and IT services. The site presents every business area in a clear structure and leads prospects to a project request.
Restaurant website with a product catalogue and a WhatsApp ordering path.
Website for BestFood, a restaurant in Chur (Switzerland) serving homemade burgers, gözleme, wraps, plate dishes and more. Guests browse the menu as a product catalogue, pick their dish and order conveniently via WhatsApp.
Booking and contact page for a taxi service in Kırıkkale, Turkey.
Website for "Kırıkkale Merhaba Taksi" (driver Ahmet Torlak): passengers can reach the driver directly via WhatsApp with location sharing, by phone, or through a form to book a ride in advance. The service is available around the clock and covers the Kırıkkale city centre.

The difference
For me, security is not a step added at the end but part of development, in my own products such as SaveFold and AuthorityLab as well as in client websites.
What I do not offer: professional penetration testing. What you get: a website that avoids the typical mistakes from the start.
Password hashing, session protection and roles instead of "one admin for everything".
Every input is checked and normalised on the server, including forms on WordPress sites.
Content Security Policy, HTTPS, secure cookies and no secrets in frontend code.
Sensible logging without personal data, so problems can be found without creating new risks.
